State Ambassadors

One person. One state. A whole network.

State Ambassadors are the coalition's point of contact in each state — passing along the research, lawsuits, and legislation that actually affect the people who live there. No meetings to run. No chapter to build. Just a trusted neighbor who keeps their state informed.

Represent Your State
The Role

What a State Ambassador actually does.

The role is intentionally light. You are a signal booster and a point of contact — not an organizer, not a chapter lead, not a policy expert.

Distribute

Share what matters, when it matters.

When the coalition publishes new research, a state files a lawsuit, or a bill drops that affects your state — you pass it along to your local contacts, social channels, and community.

Localize

Filter for your state.

National news is noisy. Ambassadors flag the pieces that specifically apply to their state — a new PFAS bill in your legislature, an AG action in your capital, a study from a local university.

Point of Contact

Be the door in.

When someone in your state wants to sign a petition, talk to a reporter, or find out how a new law affects them, they have a name and an email — yours — instead of a national contact form.

Mobilize

Move people to action.

The biggest role is helping neighbors call their representatives. You'll also rally sign-ons, coordinate calling trees, and — when it matters — turn out the community for protests, hearings, and comment windows.

What we send you

  • New coalition research and citations, tagged by state relevance.
  • Legal action alerts: attorney general filings, class actions, recalls.
  • Legislative updates: bill trackers, hearings, comment windows.
  • Ready-to-share posts, talking points, and one-liners.

What we don't ask

  • No monthly meetings or event quotas.
  • No building a chapter or managing volunteers.
  • No policy or legal expertise required.
  • No fundraising quotas.
Where We're Growing

States with Ambassador Interest

Shaded states already have someone raising their hand. If your state is blank on the map, you'd be the first — and every state deserves a voice.

Become a State Ambassador

Tell us where you live and a little about why you care. We'll only have one primary Ambassador per state — but if your state is already taken, we'll keep you in the loop as a backup.

We'll never share your info. Unsubscribe anytime.
